“Pet Friendly! Steps away from Grand Central subway, you and your friends/family will enjoy relaxing here with a flat-screen smart tv, 3 full-sized beds, and plenty of seating for everyone! No street noise, loft faces the beautiful sun-filled serene courtyard. Full-sized refrigerator to cool all of your beverages, full-size gas oven and stove if you want to cook! Lots of pots and pans available. Blackout curtains in the smaller bedroom.
Close to Grand Central Station, in midtown near the Empire State building. 2 bedrooms open concept. This is a very clean and well-kept brownstone in the middle of Manhattan. There are 2 grocery stores a block away in either direction and a Trader Joe's a little further down. You'll love lounging in this loft, you'll love walking around this neighborhood, there is a public plaza close by if you wanted to enjoy some sunshine and people watch.
Pets allowed for extra $50 fee. Please message me about your pet. Very sunny and peaceful with oversized windows facing south looking into a beautiful courtyard with gorgeous trees and vines. Blackout curtains on all the windows. Air conditioners in both bedrooms.

Stylish bathroom with soaking tub and rain-head shower with excellent water pressure and instant hot water. Solid glass shower partition for hygiene and style. Fun colorful art decorating the walls! Close walking distance (10mn) to the historic neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights, its amazing promenade, and the popular Brooklyn Bridge Park with spectacular views of Downtown Manhattan. The Brooklyn Bridge is a 20mn walk. Beautiful, sun-drenched apartment, it features a prestigious art collection for you to enjoy – like your own private MoMA.
